The college admission middle manager often bridges the gap between the daily routines of the office dean or director. The middle manager’s role is part worker bee, part manager and coach, part colleague, and political operative. Further complicating these responsibilities, the training for this important role is typically on the job. Join your fellow middles for lively discussion, case studies and practical advice and counsel. Topics of this two-day workshop include management and supervision, career planning, communicating with your dean/director, and more. The goal is to help you find your place and a path for future professional success.
