Registration

There are three ways to register for the Seattle National Conference:

  1. Online (this is the FASTEST method of registration)
  2. Fax completed registration form (with credit card payment) to 703/373-2372
  3. Mail completed registration form (with payment) to NACAC National Conference Registration; P.O. Box 101117; Arlington, VA 22210

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. Registrations received without full payment will not be processed. Purchase orders are not accepted for the national conference.

PLEASE NOTE:

Registrants may ONLY book housing once registration is complete. Twenty-four (24) business hours after your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirmation ID number and instructions on booking a hotel room in the NACAC block. You must have your confirmation ID number in order to book a room.

Registration Fees
National Conference registration fees are based on NACAC membership categories. You must be an individual member of NACAC in order to receive the member rates for the 2008 National Conference.

Registration for the NACAC 64th National Conference includes:

  • All Keynote and Educational Sessions
  • Exhibit Hall (separate fees apply for exhibit space)
  • Thursday Evening Welcome Reception
  • Friday Counselors’ College Fair (separate fees apply for exhibit space)
  • Saturday General Membership Meeting
  • Saturday Evening Social

If full payment is not received at the NACAC office by close of business (4:30 p.m. EDT) on the deadline dates indicated, the higher registration rate will be applied. Payment is required at the time of registration. Purchase orders are not accepted for the national conference.  

Tickets may be purchased for guests to attend the Saturday Evening Social. Guest tickets do not allow access to any sessions, the exhibit hall or other NACAC functions.

Tickets are not issued for educational sessions. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. All preconference seminars and workshops require separate registration and an additional registration fee.

Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing to NACAC. No phone calls will be accepted for cancellations or substitutions. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. Additional Social tickets and contributions to Imagine and the Fund for the Future are non-refundable.

  • For a full refund (less processing fee), cancellations must be received on or before July 11 (4:30 p.m. EDT).
  • For a 50 percent refund (less processing fee), cancellations must be received between July 12 and August 22 (4:30 p.m. EDT).
  • No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after August 22 or for no shows.

Postmark dates are insufficient to meet the above deadlines.

Registration for exhibit space at the National Conference, Counselors’ College Fair (CCF) and Seattle National College Fair are separate registration fees. To view the current list of CCF exhibitors, click CCF Exhibitors
